I read somewhere that most guys can't go longer than 7 minutes. Lets change that. Increase your sex drive, or orgasm pleasure, or even the strengh of your erections.
There are several different ways to extend how long you last in bed. I've read up on many things but I've also learned from first hand experimenting.

First, there are short term solutions. It works but it takes pleasure out of sex. During sex, vary the speeds, most guys ejaculate sooner if it is fast sex, slow down. Second, try only being half into the sex, or don't look at your partner's body, maybe just face. Kiss and keep your eyes closed, guys are visual. The more you see the more you are turned on and the sooner you ejaculate. However, be careful with this, don't wonder too far out of the sex, you could turn yourself off. This is why this is a temporary solution.

Next, there are things you can do to improve your performance. Be active and do not gain high amounts of unnecessary weight. It makes your **** look smaller (many say it actually makes it smaller). But it also means you may be less healthy. Be active, exercise is good for your body. Your body will do what is necessary for its main organs and muscles to be in the best shape. It'll only send forces from the mainland to the island once the mainland is safe.
Eat well, don't eat too much, especially right before sex. Eating certain food can increase sex drive as well. Foods with Vitamins like A,B,C, E, also with Zinc, Selenium, Manganese, Antioxidants, Phytoestrogens help with sex.

The final step is long term. This is the most important and usually most effective step. Naturally a males job is to penetrate, ejaculate, and get out. So no wonder guys don't last long. Guys also masturbate. All of these teacher or tell the muscles to ejaculate ASAP.
Now how to train yourself to wait longer. There are three big ways I am aware of, two of twice use the same effect. Stopping or decreasing masturbation helps extremely.
First, if you aren't alone, have on and off sex or stop and go sex. Simply you penetrate until you are about to ejaculate, before you climax. I'm sure you will know when this is. Pull out before you climax. Allow stimulation to decrease and continue. Then Repeat. This is not easy and may take a few times to refine. Continue this for as long as possible and often as possible.

If You Are Alone, masturbate as you would normally, use the same method, right before you climax, stop, stay interested and allow stimulation to decrease and then continue. Repeat this as long as possible.

The last major step can be extremely effective. Sex time can go from 7 minutes to 25 in a matter of 2 weeks. And then can be longer as you wish. This takes a little determination but it allows for full on sex for long periods of time. The kegel muscle helps regulate the time of ejaculation. There is also another known advantage to this exercise. Not only do you get longer sex time, but you get hard erections than last longer, and finally, the longer you last normally, the best the orgasm. This one is a true win, win, and win for you.
The easiest way to allow it to increase the time is to exercise it.
After you read this article go to the bathroom and start to pee, halfway through, stop from peeing, the muscle you use to stop is the kegel muscle. This is the muscle you want to work out. There are many ways to do this such as,
Hold the muscle tight as long as you can as hard as you can.
Count out 5 seconds in your mind, every other 5 tighten the muscle.
Repeatedly tighten and relax your kegel muscle.
Pretty much any kind of tightening and relaxing of the muscle will work.
You can do this anywhere without anyone knowing even if you are talking to them.
Take your time, it is like push ups, you can't go from 11 push ups to 112 in a week. Work it up, give days off as you need it. Feel your muscle, if it feels super weak after a day of working out, take a day off.
This should increase your sex time.
